Parkhurst, Alberta F 86 Geneva, passed away peacefully on March 23rd 2012. Alberta was born in Selinsgrove Pa, on December 12, 1925 to Harold and Anna Shively. Alberta came to Orlando in 1962 and worked for Akwa-Downey construction during the early years of NASA and the building of the Vehicle Assembly Building. Alberta retired from Florida Hospital after 20 years in 1997.She loved working in her yard, and growing vegetables. She was an avid reader and greatly enjoyed jigsaw puzzles. Alberta was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church. She is preceded in death by her daughter Teri E. Wynn who died in 1958. Her sister Sylvia M Domulevicz,Of Glen Lyon, PA and Her Loving Husband George L. Parkhurst of Geneva, FL. She is survived by her daughter Connie (Rafferty) Buhl of Astatula. Grandsons Todd L Mondok of Geneva, and Troy A Mondok, of Astatula. Funeral services will be held on Friday March 30th , at Baldwin Fairchild Chapel ,90 Weathersfield Ave Altamonte Springs, FL 32714 with a viewing at 1:00pm and service at 2:00pm, followed by a graveside memorial at Glen Haven Memorial Park. Winter Park Florida.
